Our bodies are just like cars… depending on what type of “gas” we put in our tank, will greatly determine the many different ways our bodies will function and for the most part, perform in the bedroom.

Foods that help promote the production of nitric oxide in our body are beans, almonds, oatmeal and cold water fish like tuna.
Other foods and beverages which are important in helping to improve sexual performance are the ones that have high amounts of flavonoids, such as tea. The flavonoids found in Tea can help eliminate the toxins in our body, which can affect pulmonary capacity, blood pressure and blood oxygen levels.
As we age, our blood vessels and nitric oxide system become less efficient due to free radical damage, inactivity, and poor diet, causing our veins and arteries to deteriorate.
The large amounts of antioxidants, found in natural and herbal teas, can help diminish the effects of aging and prevent the formation of plaques that block veins and arteries thus improving blood supply to our whole body, especially the male genitals.
