When someone says "green tea" most of us immediately think of the word "healthy." It is a well known fact that green tea has been used as medicine for thousands of years in Asia, but besides fat burning and weight loss - what does green tea really do?
The following is a list of 5 amazing benefits of green tea we bet you didn't know:
The antioxidants found in green tea can actually penetrate eye tissues and produce antioxidant activity. Catechins, an antioxidant in green tea, are capable of being absorbed into the tissues of the eye. Several studies have even found that green tea can prevent cataract-induced blindness.
Do you suffer from springtime allergies? Drinking the green liquid may provide some relief, as it's been proven to be anti-allergenic.A 2007 study published in the journal Cytotechnology found that green tea catechins can reduce pollen allergies. A specific compound, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), appears to be the most potent. In addition, Quercetin, a naturally occurring flavonol in tea, can also alleviate allergy attacks.
Packing for a tropical vacation? Make sure to add a few bags of green tea to your suitcase. The catechins in green tea make the skin more resistant to the effects of UV rays and therefore premature aging. These catechins can also lead to reduced skin redness after sun exposure.
We know what you are thinking - tea stains teeth. This is true, however according to a 2009 study published in the Journal of Periodontology, drinking green tea showed an adverse effect on periodontal disease.
Regularly consuming green tea reduced symptoms of periodontal disease, once again due to the presence of catechin. Catechin reduces inflammation in the body, therefore interfering with the body’s inflammatory response to periodontal bacteria. Its ability to control bacteria and dental plaque makes it useful for preventing cavities and other indicators of poor oral health.
We live in a world where greasy food is almost too accessible. Replacing unhealthy snacks and drinks with green tea could actually help keep down cholesterol levels. Green tea’s powerful antioxidant, EGCG, has been proven to stop the absorption of cholesterol from the large intestine.
With all these amazing benefits, why wouldn't you add drinking green tea to your daily regime?

According to the experts, green tea may aid in everything from losing weight to fighting cancer and warding off Alzheimer’s. Green tea has become the popular drink of choice among people from all walks of life; however, very few people are aware of the amazing benefits of green tea and how it intertwines with their love life. Yes, the secret to great sex lies in the popular tea, which can spice things up and keep things exciting, even in the bedroom.
INCREASING LIBIDO IN WOMEN
Green tea has been shown to increase libido in women, counterbalancing the effects that aging has on women’s sexual health. One of the active ingredients in green tea is L-Theanine, a mineral that has been shown to increase the level of dopamine in the body. Dopamine also referred to as the “feel good” chemical, increases attraction and activates the pleasure center of the brain that encourages sexual activity.
L-Theanine also helps to clear the mind—helping you think more clearly and be more “in the moment” while having sex. This natural stimulant has been credited with being the natural alternative to libido stimulating drugs and is quickly becoming the aphrodisiac of choice.
Some people add ginseng to their green tea, a mineral that has long been known to increase sexual energy and stamina. Ginseng is a naturally-occurring mineral and is also known to increase the levels of the dopamine neurotransmitter in the brain. Ginseng can make sex more intense and last longer. You can add ginseng in powdered form to your steeped tea, or take it in pill form before drinking the tea. This will give sex an almost magical quality as it will be more intense and long lasting.
Many men have used ginseng for years in order to gain and maintain strong erections. Mixing ginseng and green tea will simply intensify the performance for both male and female partners.
HOW MUCH GREEN TEA SHOULD YOU USE?
The jury is out about how much green tea powder you should use in a day. Experts have reported that people start to feel the benefits of the tea after just one cup. The more of the tea that you drink or ingest, the more it will affect you. If you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure or are taking blood thinners, consult your physician before using the tea.
Take the time to enjoy a couple cups of green tea or matcha about thirty minutes to an hour before sexual activity in order to enjoy the best results.
This will allow the tea to work its way through your system and start working before you are ready for sex. The tea can also help you to maintain your stamina, making sex more enjoyable for both partners.

Hello all!!! Today I am sharing with you 2 pieces I completed for Paulina Wojtowicz /TEA BLENDZ loose leaf tea distributing company. All free handed, original work done with acrylic paint. *Unfortunately the photos lost some quality (and therefore detail) when they were uploaded.
Thank you, and happy sipping, friends! 😄☕️ - Klara
I will be explaining the painting in 3 sections; top left, top right, and the bottom.
Top left: As tea originates from China, I decided to include (minimal) cherry blossom branches in the painting. A sexy lady has fallen into a tea cup! Next to her, a sexy Latin male rides the waves of life (lol). Underneath we have Alice and her friends, and more cherry blossom branches are found to be holding up the tea cups or wrapping around the sign, which points us in a few directions, including towards the top right of the painting!
Top right: As the sign suggests, a loose leaf tea blend is being sprinkled into a golden spiral abyss where ..
Bottom: ..Alice experiences time travel as she falls into a "parallel universe" :p A cosmic galaxy is presented at the bottom with trees lined all around. *Similar to my "Lunar Lovin" piece, it is possible to rotate this 360 degrees (or upside down) and still have an image as the trees are mirrored*. - Klara Biernacki
"This quote was provided, I presented it in a font I felt was fitting, and threw in some of the Alice and Wonderland characters. All free handed, done with acrylic paint!"

These painting are as unique, mesmerizing and "mad hatter-ish" , as the staff who makeup our business... in short, they are the perfect fit thank-you so very much.

Our bodies are just like cars… depending on what type of “gas” we put in our tank, will greatly determine the many different ways our bodies will function and for the most part, perform in the bedroom.
Every single thing we eat or drink affects all of our bodily functions including sexual performance. There are a lot of studies that prove that food coincides directly with our levels of energy, mood, blood pressure, hormone production and stamina. All of these processes control and affect sexual performance.
First things first, I need to lay a little ground work and explain the importance of a chemical our body produces called nitric oxide. During sexual arousal our rate heart and blood pressure will increase in order to supply our muscles with blood. This increase in pressure will trigger the lining in our arteries to release the nitric oxide into the blood, which relaxes and widens the vessel wall, allowing for more blood to pass though. The release of this chemical is vital to the male body’s sexual activities, primarily because it is responsible for controlling blood flow to muscle tissue and it also regulates the binding and release of oxygen to the blood vessels in the penis…without it, it would be very difficult for a male body to establish and maintain an erection.
Foods that help promote the production of nitric oxide in our body are beans, almonds, oatmeal and cold water fish like tuna.
Other foods and beverages which are important in helping to improve sexual performance are the ones that have high amounts of flavonoids, such as tea. The flavonoids found in Tea can help eliminate the toxins in our body, which can affect pulmonary capacity, blood pressure and blood oxygen levels.
As we age, our blood vessels and nitric oxide system become less efficient due to free radical damage, inactivity, and poor diet, causing our veins and arteries to deteriorate.
The large amounts of antioxidants, found in natural and herbal teas, can help diminish the effects of aging and prevent the formation of plaques that block veins and arteries thus improving blood supply to our whole body, especially the male genitals. Green teas and white teas offer up the best concentrate of antioxidants, however, black, yellow, red and oolong teas contain antioxidants too, just not to the same potency as the green or white teas. When natural tea is blended with herbal ingredients or natural fruit bits, these specialty infused elixir's, will often take on a secondary benefit of vitamins and minerals as well.It is important to understand that teas and tisanes are not a magical “cure all” potion, let alone an overnight guarantee of experiencing a big difference to your sexual performance. However, when combined with daily cardio activities such as swimming, biking, running or jogging one can expect to see an increase in stamina and blood flow which should lead to a noticeable improvement in both your physical health and sex life.
Long, long ago back in the 19th century a great tradition was started. Afternoon tea wasn’t a thing until Anna Maria, the 7th Duchess of Bedford, is said to be the first to introduce it in England, in 1840.
Anna, The Duchess, would become hungry around four in the afternoon since evening meals were served fashionably late (around eight). Apparently, there were only two meals each day -- a mid-morning- brunch meal and the other was an increasingly late dinner… This left a long period of time between lunch and dinner to honestly get a little hangry. So the Duchess asked for: a tray of tea, bread, butter and cake be brought to her room during the late afternoon. This became a habit and she began inviting friends to join her.
This idea of afternoon tea gatherings spread across high society, became a favorite pastime leisure for ladies and eventually became a fashionable social event. During the 1880's upper-class (who called it low tea) and society women would change into long gowns, gloves and hats for their afternoon/high tea which was most commonly served in the “drawing room” between 4-5.
Tea parties were created for all sorts of different occasions….just for fun, girl time/high tea, gatherings, birthdays, house warming, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers & some hotels serve a classic vintage style high tea.
Afternoon teas are an excellent way to entertain elegantly.
