The base of this wonderfully smooth tea is Sencha style green tea, from the Hunan Province in China. Sweet and spicy cinnamon enriched with light rose notes fill the palate. When steeped, the tea produces a pale green, yellowish brew with a sweet scent sure to remind you of a warm time and place.
